bdt81 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Player Eligibility, and Account Policies

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bdt81" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the bdt81 platform accessible at bdt81.io.
• "Platform" refers to the bdt81 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, and slots products.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the bdt81 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by the Player on the bdt81 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload bonus credited to a Player's Account by bdt81.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any staking of real-money or bonus funds on a sports market or casino game on the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive transaction currency of the bdt81 Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by bdt81 prior to processing withdrawals or as directed by the Company.

Use of the bdt81 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdt81 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. Individuals under 21 are absolutely prohibited from using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or are a Bangladeshi national legally permitted to engage in online betting activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by bdt81 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player or under any cooling-off period on the bdt81 Platform.
• You are of sound mind and not acting under duress, impairment, or intoxication when placing bets or making financial transactions.

bdt81 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence when requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the bdt81 Platform only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Notify bdt81 promptly at [email protected] if any registered details change.

You must choose a strong, unique password for your Account and must not disclose it to any third party. bdt81 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bdt81 immediately and change your password without delay.

bdt81 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Currency: All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and balances on bdt81 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied by bdt81 for transactions made via supported local payment channels.

Supported Payment Methods: bdt81 currently supports the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent verified deposit. bdt81 processes standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad on the same business day, subject to completed KYC verification. bdt81 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud review.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal request will be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification, must have wagered their deposited funds at least once in real-money betting or casino play, and must have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to their Account balance.

No Money Laundering: bdt81 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. Players may not use the Platform as a financial instrument. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gambling activity constitutes a suspicious pattern that will trigger a review and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Placement of Bets: All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market type — are correct before confirming. bdt81 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a clear system error is identified by bdt81.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placement. bdt81 reserves the right to change stake limits at any time and on any market without prior notice.

Void Bets: bdt81 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: (a) where the odds were published in error; (b) where the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (c) where a result is overturned by the relevant governing body; (d) where bdt81 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed fraudulently or in exploitation of a system error.

Live Betting: In-play / live betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at any time. bdt81 accepts no liability for bets placed during a period of delay between real-world events and the Platform's live data feed. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is determined (late bets) will be voided.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are approximate long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game rules specific to each title are available within the game interface provided by the respective game studio.

bdt81 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be limited to one per household, per device, per IP address, or per payment method account.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.
• bdt81 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a Player.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Players, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless the promotion terms explicitly permit combination.
• bdt81 reserves the right to amend or terminate any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via the email address registered to their Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt81 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform for any purpose.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform behaviour.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed delays to place bets with knowledge that the odds are materially incorrect.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or converting funds derived from illegal activity.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer the software, or interfere with Platform security measures.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

bdt81 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. bdt81 recognises that for some individuals gambling can become problematic, and we provide the following tools and resources to help all players maintain control.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) by contacting [email protected].
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be blocked from accessing the Platform and will not receive any promotional communications from bdt81.

All content on the bdt81 Platform — including but not limited to the bdt81 brand name, logo, graphical elements, software code, database structures, game content, odds data, written content, and page layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdt81 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; use Platform content for commercial purposes; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Game content displayed on the Platform, including slot titles and live casino streams, is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective rights holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt81 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of business or revenue; or emotional distress.

bdt81 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bdt81's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or acts of God) may result in temporary inaccessibility of the Platform. bdt81 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability during such periods.

In all cases where bdt81 is found liable, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their bdt81 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt81 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdt81 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the bdt81 Platform. All payment data is handled via secure, PCI-compliant payment processor integrations. bdt81 does not store raw card numbers or mobile wallet PINs on its servers.

bdt81 may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, where necessary to process payments, or where necessary to enforce these Terms and investigate suspected fraud or prohibited conduct. bdt81 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your bdt81 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bdt81 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method and close the Account within five (5) business days. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Termination by bdt81: bdt81 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player's payment provider.
• Evidence that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Where an Account is terminated by bdt81 for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. bdt81 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the Player via their registered email address within thirty (30) days.

bdt81 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the bdt81 Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bdt81 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12.

The version of the Terms displayed on the bdt81 Platform at any given time is the current operative version. bdt81 recommends that Players review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
